Banana "milk" shake

Hello guys!
In today’s post i’m going to show you how i do my banana „milk”shake. Of course without sugar, cow milk and any kind of sweeteners. So without further ado let’s get into it.

You are going to need:
2 bananas
A handful walnuts
About 1dl water
The situation is pretty simple, and we’ve already done this like a million times. Soak the walnuts in water, to make it more smooth. (optional) Slice up 1 banana and place in into the freezer. You can leave itt here overnight, if you want this shake to be your breakfast or you can just place it in for a couple hours. When it’s pretty much frozen, get it out, and slice up the other banana.
Place everything into a blender, and turn it on!
Halfway you can put in some cinnamon or coconut or any natural flavours. Blend it a little bit more, and you are done! J
You’ll have an amazing cold banana milkshake which is actually good for you. No added suggar at all, but it’ll taste soo good.
