Hello guys!
Am i the only one who still can not beleive that it’s finaly summer? I’m soo super excited for it. All the fresh fruits and veggies are growing in my little garden. Everyone and everything enjoyes the summer.
And what comes with the hot weather? Ice cream for sure! Hands down i need to eat at least 4 ice creams a week. This is an obsession i can not leave behind.
So instead of buying some ice cream on the beach which is full of sugar and food coloring stuff, i decided to make my own ice cream. It’s super handy to have some in the freezer.
You are going to need:
2 bananas
A handful walnuts
2dl almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
Ice cream molds
Fisrtly cut the bananas to slices and put it int he freezer for an hour or more. This is pretty optional, but i like to soak the walnuts in water, so it will be easier to blend.
Get the bananas out of the freezer and leave it for 15minutes. After that you can place everythng int o a blender. And it’s time to blend the whole thing tohether!
You’ll have this brownish colored cream. Now with a spoon try to put the cream into the molds.
Place the ice cream molds into the freezer for more than 3 hours. After that it’s time to eat it.
Honestly this is one of the easiest dessert i’ve ever made, and they are so yummy. If you prefer you can put in some more flavors like cinnamon, coconut, cacao or anything you’d like. Buta t this time i made it super simle.
I hope you guys will like it, and if you did please let me know int he comment section. Andi f you’d like to you can also show me pictures, or leave some idea show to make this thing even better.
Actually i have to say a bigbig thank you to the @livingthehealthychoice! The main idea is from her, i just made it in an other way. So thank you Pauline!
Have an awesome day, week, month, year!
